Paintings as iconic as Vincent VanGogh's sunflowers are getting the LED light treatment all around the world. LEDs are overtaking all other museum lights because they don't damage the art. In the past, UV and blue lights have been used, but they've muddied works and affected pigment. Instead of using expensive filters over UV lights, museums can just use LED. 

Moreover, the new museum LED lights can be engineered to look just like old halogen lamps, which are pleasing to the eye and render paintings well. Another benefit? The directional nature of LEDs, which means minimal damage to the art.
