Olde Sproul Shopping Village, located on the “Golden Mile” of Baltimore Pike and Route 320, is anchored by popular national establishments including the US Postal Service, Dunkin, Outback Steakhouse and Famous Footwear as well as local favorites like Martindale’s Natural Market. Retail space available at Olde Sproul is among the most sought-after in the Delaware Valley because of its prime location, strong demographic profile, and high traffic-generating tenants.

The Problem

Kaiserman Company was looking for a way to reduce their energy costs and increase the performance of the exterior lighting at the shopping center. The existing high pressure parking lot lighting and flood lighting produced a “yellow” light that was unattractive to customers and was draining the operating budget.
