The Solution
- 70 watt high pressure sodium wall pack lighting fixtures replaced with 20 watt LED fixtures
- 125 watt eight foot T12 two-lamp fixtures converted to 88 watt LED linear fixtures
- Improve exterior lighting color temperature (CCT) from 2200k to 5000K
- Provide project management for installation
